Hyderabad City & Ramoji Film City

Metropolitan city, Hyderabad is the capital of Telangana State,85 kms from KIMS, Narketpally. Hyderabad is known for its pearl and diamond trading centers. Places of interest include Chowmahalla palace, Charminar, Golkonda fort, Salar Jung museum,etc. Hyderabadi Biriyani and Hyderabad Haleem are examples of the distinctive culinary products of the city. Pochampally

Pochampally, the silk city, is a cluster of 80 villages, has traditional looms, whose design is more than a century-old. They are popular for their traditional geometric patterns in Ikat style of dyeing, marketed as beautiful sarees and dress material. It is situated about 55 kms from KIMS, Narketpally on the NH 65.

Venugopal Swamy Temple:

This is famous pilgrim and tourist place in Nalgonda Dist, located on top of hill Pedda Gutta. It is situated about 2 kms from KIMS, Narketpally on the NH 65, towards Hyderabad City.

Bhongir Fort

It is located on a huge rock at a commanding height, built in the 10th century on an isolated monolithic rock by the Western Chalukya ruler Tribhuvanamalla Vikramaditya VI. The rock had a unique egg-shaped construction with two entry points protected by huge rocks. It is located 25 Kms from Narketpally.

Yadagirigutta:

Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy Temple or Yadagirigutta is a popular Hindu temple of Narasimha Swamy, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, situated on a hillock in the Nalgonda district about 60 kms from KIMS, Narketpally.

Panagal Archaeological Museum:

The Archaeological Museum, located in Panagal village in Nalgonda district, near Chaya Someswara swamy temple. It is situated about 18 kms from KIMS, Narketpally.
