Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) was promoted by Sri Kamineni Suryanarayana- a successful Engineer Architect, Builder and Industrialist. He himself, being a great academician, visualized the power of quality education at an early stage. For him, education is a positive experience, an experience that accumulates knowledge and knowledge empowers one with the creative energy to transform lives.

This vision propelled a silent mission, and Kamineni Education Society(KES) took shape on 4th August, 1989 with the objectives of, improving the educational, health & other social conditions of the public, thereby transforming lives. To live by these very objectives KES promoted many educational institutions and health services. They include-
